La experiencia de mujeres constructoras deviene del trabajo realizado por el \u00e1rea de g\u00e9nero de la instituci\u00f3n. El \u00e1rea tiene m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os de trabajo, se fueron consolidando espacios de mujeres para desnaturalizar estereotipos y descubrir las inequidades territoriales a las que nos enfrentamos las mujeres, en particular las mujeres de sectores populares al no contar con infraestructuras y servicios adecuados y sin perspectiva de g\u00e9nero. Las mujeres constructoras nuclean a mujeres de Cuartel V Moreno, iniciaron su consolidaci\u00f3n con un diagnostico de la localidad mediando la pandemia y se fueron realizando capacitaciones en oficios negados por cuestiones de g\u00e9nero a las mujeres. Muchas de ellas dejan as\u00ed de depender de otros quienes detentan el poder del conocimiento del oficio , y desatienden las necesidades de quienes permanecen al cuidado de la vida.
